Boston-based TSA Inspector Pedro Velazquez, who was a New York City cop and first responder on 9/11, is married to police officer Javier Pagan, who also was a first responder at the Boston Marathon bombings. They both ended up in iconic photographs taken at two tragic events more than a decade apart.
