The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) awarded cooperative agreements to airport authorities for Airport Perimeter Security (APS) pilot programs starting in FY06 and ending in FY09. The following are redacted versions of the FY08/09 final reports on the VPMS programs at the following three airports: Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), Hagerstown Regional Airport (HGR), and Yuma Marine Corps Air Station/Yuma International Airport (NYL).
