- The FY 2011 FRSGP awarded slightly over $7.7 million to eligible applicants in the freight railroad industry.
- Grant proposals from seven companies were selected for award by a panel of multi-agency experts.
- FY 2011 FRSGP funds awarded were approximately 44% less than FY 2010 FRSGP awards of $14.56 million.
