Teamwork is an integral part of effectively delivering security, which is why TSA is co-sponsoring two meetings with markedly diverse partners later this month.
We team up with the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines to host Asia Pacific Aviation Security Forum 2008 Jan. 28-29 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The forum is an opportunity to harmonize regional and global security measures and to facilitate operational and performance improvements that will benefit the traveling public and shippers.
Then, on Jan. 29-31, TSA partners with the Department of Defense Lock Program to present the 8th Security Seals Symposium in Charleston, S.C. Government policy makers, and seal manufacturers, end-users and testing laboratory personnel will look at security challenges of intermodal cargo and the role and development of security seals in addressing those vulnerabilities.
