At 3:15 p.m. today, TSA identified a suspicious package at the main checkpoint at Washington Dulles International Airport. In an abundance of caution, the ticketing level, on which the checkpoint is located, was evacuated and the state bomb squad responded to the incident. At 4:15 p.m., the bomb squad cleared the package and normal screening operations have resumed.
