The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has named Aaron Batt as the Federal Security Director at the Central Illinois Regional Airport (BMI) in Bloomington. Batt, previously the Deputy Federal Security Director in Fort Wayne, Ind., will oversee all TSA activities at BMI.

"Aaron Batt has already proven himself to be a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills," said Rear Adm. David M. Stone, USN (Ret.), TSA's Assistant Secretary. "The agency is extremely pleased to have him as part of our team as we work to protect the nation's travelers."

Before joining TSA, Batt was responsible for managing over 1,000 employees as General Manager of the company contracted to provide security at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
