TSA Pledges $3.4 Million For Explosive Detection Systems At Pittsburgh International Airport

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has agreed to commit $3.4 million to Allegheny County Airport Authority for improvements to be made to the existing checked baggage screening system in the North Landside Terminal of Pittsburgh International Airport, Rear Adm. David M. Stone, USN (Ret.), Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for TSA, announced today.
