TSA Pre✓™ Begins at Honolulu International Airport

WASHINGTON – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced the start of TSA Pre✓™ operations at Honolulu International Airport (HNL). Under TSA Pre✓™ U.S. citizens traveling domestically who are select Alaska, American, Delta, United and US Airways frequent travelers or members of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler programs are now eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening benefits. The TSA Pre✓™ lane is located at Checkpoint 3.

PITTSBURGH – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced the start of TSA Pre✓™ operations at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). Under TSA Pre✓™ U.S. citizens traveling domestically who are select American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and US Airways frequent travelers or members of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler programs are now eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening benefits. The TSA Pre✓™ lane at is located at the main terminal.

Good afternoon. Thank you Minister Fletcher, and thank you all for joining us here at Ottawa’s MacDonald-Cartier International Airport.  It is an honor to represent the United States for this important announcement.

TSA Names Douglas Hofsass Assistant Administrator for Office of Risk Based Security

This office is responsible for developing innovative approaches to transportation security that build upon a risk-based, intelligence driven model to implement procedures that facilitate effective and efficient security.

TSA Pre✓™ Expands to Canadian NEXUS Members

WASHINGTON – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced the inclusion of Canadian NEXUS members in TSA Pre✓™ as part of the Beyond the Border Action Plan. Beginning November 15, Canadian citizens traveling domestically in the United States who are members of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) NEXUS program are eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening at participating U.S. airports.

Under TSA Pre✓™ U.S. citizens traveling domestically who are select Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and/or US Airways frequent travelers or members of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler programs are now eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening benefits. The TSA Pre✓™ lane is located at the South Checkpoint.

TSA Pre✓™ Expands to Additional Airlines at Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport

DALLAS – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced the expansion of TSA Pre✓™ operations at Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW). Under TSA Pre✓™ U.S. citizens traveling domestically who are select Alaska Airlines and Delta Air Lines frequent travelers or members of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler programs are now eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening benefits. TSA Pre✓™ is now available at Terminal E in addition to the previously announced lanes located at Terminals A, C and D.

Under TSA Pre✓™ U.S. citizens traveling domestically who are select frequent travelers of American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and/or US Airways or are members of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler programs are now eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening benefits.
