WASHINGTON – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced Kelly Hoggan as the Assistant Administrator for the Office of Global Strategies.
In this role, Hoggan will oversee TSA's engagement with foreign governments and international industry stakeholders as TSA continues to grow as a risk-based, intelligence-driven counterterrorism agency.
