TSA Pre✓™ Begins at LaGuardia Airport: Qualified Passengers to Receive Expedited Screening
NEW YORK – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced the start of TSA Pre✓™ operations at LaGuardia Airport (LGA). TSA Pre✓™ is a passenger pre-screening initiative that allows qualified passengers to go through an expedited security process, which among other benefits, allows them to keep their shoes and light-weight jackets on while going through the checkpoint. At LGA, select Delta Air Lines frequent flyers are now eligible to participate and may receive expedited screening benefits when traveling domestically.
TSA Pre✓™ Screening Benefits Expanding to Additional Airports
WASHINGTON – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today announced new details regarding the expansion of the TSA Pre✓™ initiative. Since its launch in October 2011, more than 640,000 passengers have been screened through TSA Pre✓™.
TSA Pre ✓™ Begins at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Chicago O’Hare International
WASHINGTON – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) today launched TSA Pre✓™ operations at Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) and Chicago O'Hare International (ORD) airports. In addition, active duty service members in the U.S. Armed Forces are now eligible to receive the same expedited screening benefits when flying out of DCA as part of TSA Pre✓™. TSA has worked closely with the Department of Defense to implement these screening procedures for service members.

TSA Announces Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the Aviation Security Advisory Committee
