I have additional information to support my claim. Where can I send it?

If you have had contact with a TSA Claims Investigator, you should send the information directly to the Claims Investigator.

If you have had no contact with a TSA Claims Investigator, or you do not have the Claims Investigator's contact information, you should use the main contact information for the TSA Claims Management Office. Any additional information will be added to your claim. Please reference your TSA claim control number in any communications with the Claims Management Office.
