The Education Mission

• To ensure that TSA provides comprehensive cultural awareness training to the security workforce.
• To provide easily understandable information to the traveling public about what to expect from TSA’s programs and activities.

The External Compliance and Public Outreach Division has prepared informational materials for both the workforce and for public on important cultural/religious events which likely have an impact on travel.  This information is shared with the workforce on an annual basis.
