STSO Debra Duncan exemplifies the TSA core values of Integrity, Innovation, and Team Spirit in many ways. As a conflict coach, Debra has developed one of the most robust programs in the country, allowing Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport to lead the nation in the number of voluntary sessions.

Debra has personally conducted numerous sessions, leading to improved working relationships and enhanced employee performance. Her ability to listen and engage Officers using the cooperative problem-solving method is the reason why she is highly sought after as a conflict coach at George Bush Intercontinental.

Debra has proven to be invaluable since joining the team as one of the founding supervisors at George Bush Intercontinental. She has led her team of Officers to develop new ways and methods of mitigating the internal threat.

It is Officers like Debra that exemplify what TSA strives for everyday – a place where integrity exudes in everything we do; where people have the opportunity to develop innovative ideas and make lasting contributions; and a place where employees are taken care of and supported by both peers and leaders.

Thank you STSO Debra Duncan for embodying what it means to be, "I am TSA!"
