Hello,
I flew from JAX [Jacksonville International Airport] to EWR [Newark Liberty International Airport] in mid-November. I am seven months pregnant and was in a tough predicament with making my flight. Lead TSA Officer [Freddie] McLean saved my morning.
He is an exceptional worker and person who took the time in the midst of all of the chaos to personally help me. I have been bragging about him to all of my friends and family, and I truly had a great experience at the airport in what would have been a disaster without him. Give that man a raise.
