Kevin F. O'Hare was named Director of Professional Responsibility in April 2018. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring timely, fair and consistent discipline throughout TSA; for promoting accountability in the workforce by confirming that the disciplinary process is applied to all TSA employees fairly and consistently; and fostering transparency in the discipline process.

O'Hare joined TSA in 2002 as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS). In addition, he has served as Acting Director of TSA's Law Enforcement and Industry Training Division, Director of Workforce Engagement and Development, TSA's Chief Culture Officer, and Chief of Staff for FAMS. Most recently, he served as Senior Strategist in Human Capital.

Prior to joining TSA, he was Legislative Counsel and Senior Enforcement Counsel with the U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Department of Justice. 

O'Hare is a graduate of Providence College, the National Law Center of George Washington University, and is a member of good standing of the bars of the Commonwealths of Massachusetts and Virginia and the District of Columbia.
