CASPER, Wyo. - The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has named Reed L. Roberts federal security director (FSD) for Natrona International Airport with responsibilities also covering nine other commercial airports across the state of Wyoming.

Previously, Roberts was the deputy federal security director (DFSD) for South Dakota, located at Rapid City Regional Airport in Rapid City, S.D.

"Reed Roberts is a seasoned member of the TSA leadership team with an outstanding background in security and service to his country," said Mo McGowan, TSA's assistant administrator for Security Operations. "I look forward to his continued successes in aviation security as he assumes his new responsibilities in Wyoming."

Roberts is a retired United States Air Force colonel with over 30 years of executive leadership responsibilities, serving as a commander, aviator, logistician, and program manager with extensive security management experience. He has also logged nearly 4000 hours flying combat aircraft.
