Updated Statement:

"On April 27 Federal Air Marshals responded to a passenger causing a disturbance on board Delta flight 273 from Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) to Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Out of an abundance of caution the flight was diverted to Bangor International Airport (BGR).‪‪

The flight landed safely at approximately 3:30 p.m. EDT. TSA and law enforcement met the flight and all passengers safely deplaned. All luggage was re-inspected and a security sweep of the aircraft was conducted with negative findings. The passenger is currently in law enforcement custody."
