CANTON, N.Y. – The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is holding a one-day recruitment event on Wednesday, September 4, to assist individuals applying for a job as a Transportation Security Officer (TSO) with TSA to work at either Ogdensburg or Massena International Airports.
TSA offers a generous compensation package, to include, a starting pay of $15.89 per hour, paid leave, health, dental and vision benefits, federal retirement benefit, matching 401K and satisfaction in knowing you are performing a mission that is critical to our national security.
The session is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on September 4, at the New York State Department of Labor office, 80 State Highway 310 Suite 8, Canton, N.Y 13617.
During the hiring event, TSA officials will discuss the duties of a TSA officer and the application process. They will also provide an overview of working for the federal government and discuss benefits.
