The Transportation Security Operations Center is where TSA connects with the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Aviation Administration, FBI and other law enforcement and security agencies to protect the Nation’s transportation network.

TSOC serves as a single point of contact for security-related operations, incidents and crises in aviation and surface transportation. It was created in the wake of 9/11 to prevent another similar tragedy and combines real-time intelligence and operational information across every transportation mode.
