Amazing, friendly customer service. Courteous, helpful. Willing to accommodate passengers instead of having passengers accommodate them – wheelchair assistant as well. Everyone I met had this same attitude. Made flying a fun and pleasant experience. TSA agent (officer) came to the gate concourse to return an item to a mother travelling alone with a toddler.
Glad I moved to Amarillo.
