I would like to commend your agent (TSA Officer) Drager Delapp from the Bemidji (Regional) Airport. He was not only professional but also courteous.
He took the time to explain procedures to every individual I saw him come in contact with. There were four people ahead of me, and I watched two interactions after I passed through. He did this in such an efficient manner that the line seemed to flow very smooth.
I was in the TSA PreCheck® line, but since this is a small airport and he was the only agent checking IDs and boarding passes, there was really only one line. He took the time to let me know that he would help me after he finished with the passenger in the standard line that he was already helping.
It is clear that Officer Drager has a passion for his job, and it made my experience going through TSA at the Bemidji Airport both very memorable and enjoyable.
