Because I have multiple body parts that are titanium, I always need to be physically screened. The young lady (Charlotte Douglas International Airport TSA Officer Frankie Logan) who did this for me was wonderful. She was very patient and explained each step she was going through which made me comfortable.
When both my shoes and iPad needed to be sent back through the (X-ray) machine, she took them and made sure they were back in my hands before sending me on my way.
WONDERFUL JOB!
