As a frequent flyer (up until COVID), I have always respected the work of the TSA agents.
This morning I was accompanying a friend to his gate at Denver International Airport. He had just been released from immigration detention yesterday and was flying to Boston to reunite with family.
We worked with Supervisory TSA Officer Elvia Rodriguez.
Although every TSA interaction I had today was super positive, Rodriguez was compassionate, kind, caring, and overall gave my friend from Cameroon a great experience after 18 months in detention as a political asylum seeker.
I would like her direct supervisor and all of TSA leadership to know that they have an incredible asset in Rodriguez. It fills my heart to know you have people like this among your team.
Great work and thank you Officer Rodriguez!
