I know the airlines and TSA can get a bad rep. I could never adequately thank the individuals who I came in contact with today.
I left my wallet on the car roof, and [the wallet] flew off somewhere on our way to the airport. (Good job, Hannah.)
The Delta representative was helpful in getting my boarding pass with some extra information and could tell I was anxious and stayed calm and helpful.
Then, onto TSA.
They [TSA and Officer Ronaldo Willis-Fitts] were so kind to me and reassured me it would be OK. They could also tell how anxious and shaky I was and were nothing but kind. I can never repay them for the kindness they showed.
