Dear TSA,
I recently had the occasion to pass through the Ithaca, NY airport [Ithaca Tompkins International Airport] and wanted to give the highest of compliments to your staff there.
Lead TSA Officer Vicky A. Kinney was very helpful, and all members were very pleasant and the overall atmosphere was a very pleasant experience.
Ithaca could be a model for TSA operations around the country.
