My family of nine was in a panic when I had forgotten my identification.
I was about to rebook my flight for the next day and meet up with my family. TSA Officer Alex Navarrete showed great customer service.
Alex Navarrete, an amazing employee, quickly stepped in as I was saying goodbye and informed us that I could go through TSA [security] with extra verification.
This TSA employee just saved our vacation! He quickly processed my information over the phone and escorted me through the screening process.
I’m glad I have a great story to now tell people in regard to TSA.
