We were travelling as a family with our 10-year-old daughter who has autism.
The last time we travelled was few years ago and we were traumatized because the process was too overwhelming for her and she had a major meltdown.
I heard about the TSA Cares program and decided to try it this time. What a relief, because it made our travel stress a lot less. TSA Officer Ellen Mariano at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and TSA Manager Thomas Biniek at HNL (Daniel K. Inouye International Airport) made the process a breeze. They were both professionals; very helpful and patient.
Thank you so much TSA for creating this program. And a special thank you for these two employees who did a great job.
