Your employee Ravi is one of the most courteous, professional and thorough TSA Officers I have had the privilege of dealing with. He made getting through security a smooth process and answered all of the questions I had without an ounce of hesitation.
It was one of the best experiences I have had going through airport security, and I travel frequently for my profession.
Give this man a raise. It is well deserved.
