I just wanted to reach out and give compliments to the TSA crew at Thief River Falls Regional Airport TVF. They were very professional, accommodating, polite, and humorous!
Specifically, they went above and beyond for giving a mother a place to change her infant’s diapers in privacy and notifying the people that there’s no bathroom past the checkpoint. My girlfriend and her family also made mention about their positive experience.
If you can, please pass on to them that they’re doing a great job.
