Michigan - Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)

A Detroit traveler said he was impressed with the Detroit TSA staff! Not only were they kind and respectful, but they were alert, persistent and professional. “They did their job and did it very well. I wish to thank them for their role in keeping us safe! They, and TSA Officer Key in particular, are a tribute to the TSA!”

Nevada – Reno International Airport (RNO)

A very satisfied Nevada passenger said,“ My trip through security (was) the best I’ve ever had.”
Flying constantly (two to three times a month, round trips) “I never, have I ever, had such a pleasant experience as I did with the TSA team in the Reno airport.”

Minnesota – Thief River Falls Regional Airport (TVF)

Minnesota travelers threw compliment bouquets to the TSA crew at Thief River Falls Regional Airport.  
“They were very professional, accommodating, polite and humorous!”

Wyoming – Cheyenne Regional Airport (CYS) 

Recently, a traveler was flying through Cheyenne Regional Airport and commented about a TSA officer.
 “(The officer) was amazingly helpful and went out of his way to assist me through security (which helped me) make it to my flight. I believe he is a terrific member of your organization.”

Hawaii to California - Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

A family traveling from LAX to HNL talked about how the TSA Cares program helped them successfully travel with their autistic daughter.
“What a relief,” commented the mother. It made our travel stress a lot less.” The officers at each airport “were professionals.”
